Hello, Friends. I’m Lauren!

My name is Lauren Boskie O’Brien and I am so excited to have you! Before you explore my page, here are some general fun facts about me. I graduated Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and have used my degree to become an apprentice teacher, nanny, and committed writer. I share a home with my husband in Mesa, Arizona and we have a German Shepherd dog named Harley.

Creating realities outside the scope of my human existence is my favorite pastime. My other favorite hobbies include reading fiction, crafting projects, and joining writing competitions.

My favorite series as a teen included Divergent, The Hunger Games, Percy Jackson, The Selection, and The Lord of the Rings. I admired Tris’s bravery, Katniss’s resourcefulness, Percy’s loyalty, America’s kindness and Samwise’s humble disposition.

My favorite series as a new adult include A Court of Thorns and Roses, Kingmakers, Fourth Wing, and Dance of Thieves. I admire Feyre’s perseverance, Anna’s determination, Violet’s growth, and Kazi’s stubborn resilience.
